Before founding RTI Jewelry, I worked as a diamond quality control grader and jewelry buyer, where I developed a deep understanding of gemstones, craftsmanship, and the quiet power that jewelry carries.

Now, through RTI Jewelry, I finally get to create my own designs — each piece is like a form of meditation to me.
